FAQs

  • Great question! We don’t have a specific location quite yet. As we are starting out and growing, we are simply a pop-up shop. We travel from event to event offering our services. Sometimes we are at local shops, vendor fairs, or markets. Other time we are at private events held by our customers: baby showers, birthday parties, etc. If you are wanting to get a piece of permanent jewelry from us, send us a message and we can figure something out. Feel free to check our events page to see where we will be next!

  • Permanent jewelry is a timeless accessory suitable for everyone—men, women, and children alike. For anyone under 16, a parent or guardian must be present to ensure safety and consent. At Forever Chained, we create lasting pieces that celebrate individuality across all ages.

  • Children are more than welcome at Forever Chained. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping your family create lifelong treasures together.

  • At Forever Chained, you’ll first be greeted with kind, attentive customer service. Next, you choose the chain that suits your style. If you like, you can also select a charm to personalize your piece. We then custom fit the chain to your preference. Once fitted, we precision weld the jewelry—completely clasp-free. After welding, we carefully twist and pull the chain to ensure it’s secure and won’t come undone. The process is simple, easy, and quick.

  • There is no pain, whatsoever. A piece of leather is carefully placed between your skin and the jewelry, creating a protective barrier that prevents any irritation or discomfort. This simple addition ensures your experience is smooth and pain-free leaving you wearing a beautiful, handcrafted piece from Forever Chained. Protect your skin without sacrificing style or comfort.

  • If your piece of jewelry breaks, simply bring it in along with the receipt provided at purchase, and we will reweld it free of charge. If you have lost your receipt or do not have it, we can still reweld your jewelry for a small fee of $10. Your lifelong treasure deserves care, and we're here to help keep it looking its best.

  • If you need to remove your piece of jewelry for any reason—such as an MRI, surgery, or other situations—simply use scissors to cut at the weld point. When you're ready to have it put back on, bring the piece along with your receipt, and we will reweld it for free. If you don’t have the receipt, there will be a $10 charge for the rewelding service.
